THE LOUNGE @ RSCC
The modern, carpeted lounge gives panoramic views across the field. There is comfortable, customisable seating which can be easily moved or stacked away depending on your requirements. Full access to the outdoor space. Sliding doors allowing for either privacy or linked use of the main hall. Direct access to the entrance/exit corridor, countered area and kitchen. Underfloor heating throughout. Multiple electrical sockets. Wifi available on request.
THE HALL @ RSCC
The 12m x 8m hall offers views and access straight onto the field. Sliding doors allowing for either privacy or linked use of the lounge area. Direct access to the entrance/exit corridor. High ceilings giving a spacious feel to the area. Underfloor heating throughout. Multiple electrical sockets.
THE KITCHEN @ RSCC
The domestic style kitchen contains two oven/grills, a microwave, kettles, urn, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all basic crockery and cutlery. Tea towels, dishwasher tablets, cloths and cleaning products are supplied. Direct access to the lounge area. Underfloor heating throughout. General waste and recycling bins.
THE CAR PARK @ RSCC
The large tarmac carpark consists of over 60 standard parking bays, four disabled spaces and three coach bays. Overflow car parking is available for larger events upon request. Emergency access to the field.
THE FIELD @ RSCC
Approximately 12 acres of maintained green area. Secure boundary fencing. Suitable for a large variety of sports and community use. Some of the best sunset views in the area! Home (for 34 years and counting) of the Sole Bay United Junior Football Club. Emergency defibrillator housed on the outside of the building for quick and easy access to all site users.
ACCESSIBILITY @ RSCC
Ramped, wide access to and around the building. Building is all on one level. Wide hall and doorways throughout. Accessible toilet with emergency pull cord. Tables in the lounge suitable for wheelchair users.
